The Town of Star City is accepting application for a Permanent Full Time Public Works Employee.
Working with the Town CAO and Council; the town Public Works Employee is expected to operate within approved policies, programs and budget of the Town. Requirements include: Ability to work as part of a team. Possession of a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan drivers licence. Must have (or be willing to obtain certification) to operate heavy equipment/grader, loader and backhoe. Must possess knowledge of vehicle/equipment operation and maintenance. Reliable with good communications skills. First Aid Certification and knowledge of water & sewer systems would be an asset.
