Retail Meat Cutter

Prairie Meats is now accepting applications for an experienced Retail Meat Cutter to join our Saskatoon team.  The Retail Meat Cutter prepares quality cuts of meat for our retail customers while ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness.  This individual will be completing meat cutting tasks using knives, meat saws, band saws, or other equipment so experience with the equipment is required.

The successful applicant will have retail meat cutting experience including customer service. They must be able to cut meat in accordance with specification.  Completion of a meat cutting course would be an asset.  All applicants must be motivated to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.  This position is either part-time or full-time, based on the availability of the applicant.
