Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
• Assist customers with vehicle recovery, providing professional and courteous service.
• Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and vehicle details.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize jobs and ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Valid SK drivers license with clean driving record.
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
• Ability to perform automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required.
