About this role
Restorex Disaster Restoration provides property restoration for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We specialize in emergency services for water, fire, and smoke restoration. We are now hiring a Rebuild supervisor & Co-ordinator within our Construction Division and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work to join our Regina team.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to
Assist customers with the selection of items pertaining to their rebuild.
Source and Order product from suppliers.
Itemize and plan jobs and workorders for crews.
Co-ordinate with subtrades, installers, and clients.
Assist in Collection of amounts owing for deductibles, and other receivables.
Ensure company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are being followed.
Directly report to Construction Manager
Knowledge and Skills
Exceptional customer service skills, and professionalism
Must possess positive demeaner with conflict resolution.
Strong willingness to learn
General knowledge of flooring, and construction a must.
General knowledge of insurance industry as asset.
Computer skills (Email, Spreadsheets, Data Entry, etc)
Ability to work independently, be organized, and motivated
Possess problem solving skills
Attention to detail a must
Additional Requirements
Must have a valid drivers license and be bondable
Provide a criminal record check and drivers abstract
