Project Manager

SveinCo Developments is an established general contractor for residential custom homes as well as commercial projects and large renovations throughout the parkland region including Yorkton, Melville, Canora, Churchbridge, Esterhazy and surrounding areas. We also specialize in custom cabinetry and millwork.  We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our management team!

As a Project Manager, this individual will be responsible to effectively carry out the scheduling, coordination and completion of construction projects from beginning to end, including new builds and renovations, ensuring timelines and all company protocols are followed.

Knowledge of building construction, materials, methods and codes.

As a part of the management team, the successful applicant will be a team leader with strong communication skills.  This individual will oversee all aspects of projects from beginning to end while contributing to the Company's continued growth plan.
