Production Manager

DryAir is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on production performance, employee development, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to meet schedules, targets, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams while maintaining accountability for safety, productivity, and performance.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and production priorities to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges and meet production demands.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Support hiring, training, employee development, and performance management.
• Report production results to management and encourage continuous improvement.

Qualifications
