Production and Assembly Assistant

At Flexxifinger QD Industries Inc. we specialize in manufacturing crop lifters, rock pickers, and a wide range of other products. We are looking to add a Production and Assembly Assistant to our exceptional team.

In this role, your duties will include but will not be limited to day-to-day production tasks such as assembly and packing products. This role will include stretches of repetitive tasks as well as assisting in other duties within the facility.  Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for yourself and other team members will also be a requirement to ensure the safety and productivity needed in this role.

This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. This role will also ensure output meets production schedules, safety and quality standards, as well as customer needs. The Production and Assembly Assistant must possess the following:

• ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• proper personal protective footwear and clothing
• Current eligibility to work in Canada (study visas and sponsorship are not accepted for this role)
