Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Material Handling: Safely load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Warehouse Support: Perform order picking and assist with inventory management within our distribution system.
- Construction & Restoration: Assist with site operations, including heavy lifting, content cleaning, debris hauling, and general cleanup.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols during manual handling and equipment operation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crew members to hit daily operational goals and complete assigned tasks effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Background in warehouse, restoration, and/or construction operations preferred.
- Capable of performing manual labor, including safe heavy and light lifting for extended periods.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to workplace safety guidelines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot smoothly between varied daily tasks.
