Prep Cook Full-Time or Part-Time
Description
We are currently looking to hire full-time or part-time Prep Cooks to join our team. Were looking for someone skilled in food preparation, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Were looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Duties and responsibilities
Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and completing other prep tasks.
Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes.
Assist chefs and cooks with meal preparation.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep workstations, prep areas, and the dishwashing area clean and organized.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment.
Sweep and mop floors and take out garbage as needed.
Store food items properly and follow food safety guidelines.
Help maintain inventory of kitchen supplies.
Follow cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
