Responsibilities
Operate and monitor conveyors, elevators, dryers, cleaners, and other processing equipment
Adjust grain flow to maintain efficiency and product quality
Receive raw materials and complete required documentation
Load finished product onto trucks or railcars
Unload and safely store incoming materials
Perform quality checks to ensure product cleanliness and consistency
Maintain production, inventory, and maintenance records
Complete daily production logs and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
Experience in a grain facility, grain elevator, pulse processing plant, terminal, or similar agricultural processing environment required
Experience operating industrial production equipment
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Ability to follow procedures, complete documentation, and work in a team environment
Knowledge of safety regulations within grain or agricultural processing
Technical aptitude with machinery, equipment, and computer-based reporting systems
Forklift, skid steer, or loader experience is an asset
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills strongly preferred
