Pharmacy Assistant

Jae's Pharmacy is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering quality patient care.
• Assist with prescription entry, labeling, packaging, and medication preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and answering phone calls.
• Receive and stock inventory, monitor supplies, and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy and support daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with insurance claims, prescription transfers, and other pharmacy operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant training and pharmacy experience are considered assets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Kroll experience is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting.
• Flexible availability for weekday and occasional Saturday shifts.

Schedule

• Part-time, 8 to 16 hours per week.
• Primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Occasional Saturday shifts (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) may be required.
