Nail Salon Manage

Friendly Nail & Spa Ltd. is looking for a full-time Nail Salon Manager to oversee the daily operation of our nail salon in Saskatoon.

The manager will organize daily salon activities, prepare staff schedules and coordinate the work of nail technicians to ensure clients are served efficiently. The position will assist with training new staff, provide day-to-day guidance to employees and follow up on staff performance.

The manager will monitor the quality of manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic and other nail services and help maintain a high standard of customer service. The manager will also respond to customer concerns and help resolve service issues when needed.

Other responsibilities include keeping track of nail products and salon supplies, arranging orders when stock is low, monitoring routine operating expenses and supporting salon promotions.

The manager will help maintain an organized workplace and ensure staff follow the salon's cleanliness, sanitation and safety procedures.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience working in a nail salon and be familiar with manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic and other common nail services. Previous experience supervising or coordinating nail salon staff is preferred.

Strong communication, organization, leadership and customer service skills are required.
