In this role, you will ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational while leading a dedicated team of maintenance and janitorial staff.

• Lead, oversee, and manage building maintenance & cleaning operations, programs, and services of all facilities & buildings.
• Member of Management Team Manager contributes to organizational and departmental success.
• Manage financial and resource allocation.
• Develops high performing teams. Recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating.
• Managing staff performance, scheduling, and employee development.

SKILLS. EXPERIENCE. CERTIFICATIONS.

• Post-secondary education or combination of education and experience.
• 3 years leadership experience in facilities & operational services.
