Maintenance Millwright/Electrician

Bourgault Industries is seeking a Millwright or Electrician (Journeyperson preferred; 2nd or 3rd year apprentices encouraged to apply) to join the Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. Supporting Highline Manufacturing, you will maintain and repair facilities and production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete equipment rebuilds to support safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

Coordinate repairs, source parts, and minimize downtime.

Document issues and recommend equipment improvements.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Education Requirements

Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician preferred.

2nd or 3rd year apprentices will also be considered.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience with fabrication equipment, conveyors, CNC equipment, welders, presses, saws, and paint lines.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of electrical systems and electronics.

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong organization skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
