College Park 1 is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable maintenance aide. The successful applicant will have some prior knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and minor repairs.
The maintenance aide is responsible for: keeping records, receiving supplies, assisting with repairs in resident rooms, painting, and refurbishing, scrubbing and buffing, and assisting in general maintenance of the building and grounds.
