Long-haul Truck Driver

Fantastic Transport Inc. located at B - 424 1st Ave E, Regina, SK is presently looking for 12 Long-haul Truck Drivers. The company is offering very competitive wages of $34.75 per hour. Applicants must have a class 1 driving license. Candidates must be able to communicate in English. These positions are full time positionswith 40-60 hours a week. The job duties will be:

Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions

Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy

Operate and drive tractor-trailer to transport goods and material

Perform brake adjustments

Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle

Receive and relay information to central dispatch

Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
