Support the legal function of real estate transactions
- Manage all correspondence from realtors, financial institutions, law firms and other related parties
- timely reporting & diarizing to ensure all possession and funding deadlines are met.
- prepare mortgage and borrowing documents and registration of same with ISC and Personal Property Registry.
- strong attention to detail
- experience utilizing AI is required
