Robertson Stromberg is looking for a professional Legal Assistant in Corporate Commercial Law.
Responsibilities Include
Prepare various legal documents from notes, voicemail, and email.
Organize and coordinate lawyers schedules.
Enter lawyers timesheets and process monthly client billing.
Open, maintain, and close files in a timely fashion.
Photocopy, fax, and scan documents.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Follow office policies and standard procedures.
Qualifications
Legal Assistant diploma or related with 3+ years of experience in a law firm.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Adobe
Document management and practice management software experience.
Experience with Information Services Corporation (ISC), specifically Online Submission Tool (OLS).
Corporate Commercial Law and/or Commercial Real Estate Law experience is considered an asset.
Combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
