IT Support Technician

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with possibility of overtime hours outside of schedule.  Hours of work are from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday. Position includes benefits after three months of employment.

As an IT Support Technician, you would be required to work with the IT department in order to accomplish the following in a polite and professional manner.

~    Meet SLAs for in person and remote desktop support and be available to provide information to clients as requested

~    Be available in store to provide retail information

~    Contribute to administrative duties in the IT department as assigned

~    Contribute to new projects as they are planned and deployed

Requirements

~    5 years experience in enterprise level IT environments OR 3 years experience with suitable accreditation relevant to enterprise level IT environments. Experience or certification with the following skills would be acceptable

~    Microsoft Server Directory Services and group policy management

~    Microsoft 365 management

~    Network infrastructure management (Cabling and switching)

~    Excellent interpersonal skills

~    Class 5 driver's license

~    Reference from previous relevant employer. Contact information to be provided with submitted resume

Considered Assets

~    Experience or certification with the following would be considered a valuable asset

~    VMWare

~    Firewall configuration and management

~    Advanced level 2 switch management
