What you'll do
- Eavestrough and gutter cleaning, downspout checks
- Minor plumbing, electrical fixes and appliance installation within handyman scope
- Door and lock repairs, drywall repair, caulking and sealing
- Seasonal maintenance: weather-stripping, deck staining, pressure washing
- Recurring property maintenance for landlords and property managers
What you need
- Ladder, basic tools and comfort working at heights
- Solid general repair skills (licensed trades required for regulated work)
- Your own vehicle; 18+ and able to pass identity verification
- Reliable and tidy; landlords rebook pros who report back with photos
Pay and schedule
- Casual, flexible work: accept only the jobs you want, no minimum hours
- Independent contractor (self-employed): you set your own hourly rate and see your exact payout before you accept a job
- Paid weekly through Stripe; no sign-up fee
