Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician

R1 Property Services Inc. is a year-round commercial and residential property services provider serving condominiums, apartments and multi-residential complexes in Regina. We are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to perform general interior maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall patching and repairs, prepare walls and complete high-quality interior painting.

Install, repair and replace vinyl plank flooring.

Repair and replace doors, locks, hinges and other hardware.

Complete basic plumbing work, including toilet and sink faucet replacement.

Replace HVAC filters, wash HRV filters and check sump pumps.

Handle various other interior maintenance and repair tasks.

Conduct suite viewings and submit application forms through an online portal.

Pick up and deliver supplies, packages and materials to job sites as needed.

Requirements

Strong hands-on repair skills, especially drywall and painting.

Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle.

Strong computer skills and ability to use online portals.

Reliable, organized and able to communicate professionally with tenants.

Available to work flexible shifts.

Position Details

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move to full-time for the right candidate. Starting pay is $20/hour. R1 offers a wage progression system with opportunities for pay increases based on skills, performance and growth within the company.
