Handitt is Saskatchewan's local odd-jobs app. Homeowners and landlords in Saskatoon post handyman jobs every day: a door that won't latch, a shelf to hang, drywall to patch, a faucet to swap. You choose the jobs that fit your schedule.
What you'll do
- Small jobs: shelves, curtain rods, door hardware, towel bars, mirrors
- Drywall repair, patching and paint touch-ups
- Minor plumbing and electrical fixes that don't require a licensed trade
- Door and lock repairs, caulking, sealing and appliance installation
- Fence, gate and deck repairs; odd jobs for seniors
What you need
- Your own tools and vehicle
- Ability to diagnose and fix common household problems
- No licence required for general handyman work; photos of past work help
- 18+ and able to pass identity verification
Pay and schedule
- Casual, flexible work: accept only the jobs you want, no minimum hours
- Independent contractor (self-employed): you set your own hourly rate and see your exact payout before you accept a job
- Paid weekly through Stripe; no sign-up fee
