Front Store Manager

Pharmasave #438 is seeking a Full-Time Front Store Manager to lead front store operations in Whitewood, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front store operations and team performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee development in collaboration with HR.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, inventory control, and store security.
• Support budgeting, purchasing, pricing, and promotional initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Monitor merchandising, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and supplier programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Assist the Store Operator, Pharmacy Manager, and District Director as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with merchandising and inventory management.
• Retail giftware merchandising experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Store hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Occasional weekend availability required.
