Sales Team Member

Responsibilities

•     Assist customers with their purchases and offer suggestions
•     Process customer transactions in the POS system
•     Receiving of material and entering inventory into POS system
•     Loading and unloading material into vehicles manually and by forklift
•     Processing customer payments
•     Light building and yard maintenance (ie: cleaning, lighting, maintaining fluid levels in truck and forklift, snow removal, yard maintenance)

Qualifications

•     Valid class 5 Drivers License (Drivers abstract is required)
•     Able to safely lift up to 75 lbs
•     Experience in home repair or construction an asset
•     Lift Truck Operator certificate an asset.  Willing to train
•     Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing with customers and staff
•     The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal Record check prior to beginning employment.
•     Basic computer literacy
•        25 hours per week guaranteed.  Increasing through peak season(April - November)
