About the Role
The Front Desk Coordinator shapes the patient experience from the moment a patient contacts or arrives at the clinic. The Front Desk Coordinator manages patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, helping ensure that each patients visit is organized, efficient, and welcoming.
You will support smooth clinic workflow and serve as a key point of communication for both patients and referring clinicians. You will also act as a liaison with referring clinics, assisting with requisitions, appointment coordination, and general inquiries.
Some evening and weekend work may be required.
