Front Desk and Inside Sales Agent

A recently incorporated company (2024), Bourgault Machines INC. has developed an extensive line of innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment.  It has recently built a new 32,000 square foot state-of-the-art factory and office complex in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan that has just begun to manufacture the companys highly innovative products. This facility will wholesale its products to dealers and sales agents but also retail directly to customers in the local area and possibly beyond. Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire a Front Desk and Inside Sales Agent as the companys first point of contact to support its operations. The role would include answering phone calls and emails; providing product information, pricing and availability, assisting customers with product and parts inquiries, processing orders and payments, and coordinating pickups, shipments, and deliveries. The ability to operate skid loaders and other mobile equipment for giving product demonstrations would be an asset.  A complete job description is available upon request.

Salary range - $25.00 to $38.00/hr.
