About this role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a certified forklift operator; must hold valid (Propane) certification through a recognized training centre in Canada.
At least 2 years operating experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Perform daily lift truck inspections, complete required forms, and ensure all maintenance and servicing requirements are met.
- Build orders to specification, load and unload building materials safely and efficiently, check load accuracy, secure shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain proactive communication with supervisors to resolve issues, follow all company policies and safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to customers and coworkers.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, sit and drive for extended periods, frequently climb stairs, and perform regular pulling, pushing, bending, and twisting movements.
