Financial Services Supervisor

We are looking for an agile and passionate individual who is interested in developing their leadership skills to come on board as a Financial Services Supervisor in our Humboldt branch. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. You will perform cash management services for the Humboldt branch network (Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth & Lanigan). Some travel may be required.

How youll be spending your time

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives
• Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets
