Parts Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Parts Manager to join our Kubota dealership team.

This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working with customers, is organized and detail-oriented, and can take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy parts department.

Responsibilities include

Ordering parts and maintaining appropriate inventory levels

Managing and monitoring parts inventory

Receiving, stocking and organizing incoming parts

Answering phones and assisting customers with parts inquiries

Looking up and identifying parts for customers and service technicians

Processing customer, phone and service department orders

Monitoring special orders and backordered parts

Maintaining accurate inventory records

Working closely with our service department to ensure parts are available when needed

Handling returns and supplier credits

Keeping the parts department organized and running efficiently

Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

What were looking for

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Dependable, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team

Agricultural, construction, automotive or equipment parts experience is an asset

Kubota or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
