Fertilizer Warehouse Operators

• Safely load and unload fertilizer products from trucks and railcars.
• Operate fertilizer blenders, conveyors, wheel loaders, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Complete shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Ensure fertilizer products are properly stored and handled to prevent contamination or product loss.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, yard, rail unloading area, storage bins, and surrounding work areas.
• Work closely with supervisors, logistics personnel, and other departments to support efficient product movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in agriculture, fertilizer, grain handling, warehousing, industrial operations, or a similar environment is an asset.
• Experience operating wheel loaders, forklifts, or other heavy equipment is an asset.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse and outdoor environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic ability to complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational documentation accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and report basic equipment or maintenance issues.
• Willingness and ability to work seasonal or extended hours, including varying shifts, as operational needs require.
• Valid driver's licence.
