Crane Service Technician

INDOC Cranes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Technician to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing overhead cranes and hoists throughout Saskatchewan, as well as performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance.  The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair overhead cranes and hoists throughout Saskatchewan
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with crane systems.
• Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in crane maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of crane and hoist components, electrical systems, and safety regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Qualified Journeyman/woman ticket (i.e., Millwright, Electrician)
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
