Factory Worker / Helper

Bourgault Machines Inc. is new and growing manufacturer of attachments for skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, telehandlers, and backhoes. We are looking for a Factory Worker / Helper to join our team.

This position involves a variety of shop and material-handling duties including:

• Loading steel onto laser cutting tables
• Unloading laser-cut parts and scrap material
• Grinding and cleaning manufactured parts
• Operating forklifts and moving materials
• Preparing welded components for painting
• Assisting with product assembly
• General shop and production support

We are looking for someone who is: very versatile, dependable and hardworking, safety conscious, mechanically inclined, able to perform physical work, adaptable and willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

Wage range - $18.00 to $27.00/hr.
