Executive Director collaborates with PFN79 Chief, Council, Coordinators, Staff, Residents, Families and Citizens.
Executive Director delivers REL's Board of Directors Strategic Vison and Leading business decisions.
Implementing Strategic plans for REL 's Development.
Managing relationships with Stakeholders, Budgeting, Staff Management and Strategic Planning ensuring compliance.
Reports to REL's Board of Directors, while overseeing daily operations and improving staff performance.
In Saskatchewan, LPNs, RNs, and RPNs can work as an Executive Director in personal care homes, which are privately owned and operated businesses licensed and monitored by the Ministry of Health, providing lodging, meals, and assistance with daily living.
