Early Childhood Educator - Executive Director

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall  leadership, management, and daily operations of Cre8tive Minds ELCC Inc. The  successful candidate will ensure the centre operates in full compliance with  Saskatchewans Child Care Act and regulations, while providing strong administrative,  financial, human resources, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• ECE Level III Certification preferred (or ECE Level I/II with a valid exemption).
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Current Food Safe Certification preferred.
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under the direction of a Board of Directors.
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting and supervisory/management experience are strong assets.
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan childcare regulations, licensing requirements, grant  administration are an asset.
• Experience with budgeting, and human resource management preferred.
• Valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence is an asset.
