Early Childhood Educator

HPSCCC has a full time or part time permanent morning ECE position available (5-8 hours a day-dependent on the candidate). Must be an ECE Level I,II or III or willing to enroll in classes. Classes will be reimbursed. In house Training will be provided.

Duties

• �   Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate practices for children between 1 year to 6 years of age, which follows the vision of play and exploration.

Responsible for safety, supervision and well-being of the children

Assist children with all necessary care routines

Establishes and maintains regular communication with parents

Participates fully and consistently as a team member.

Qualifications

First Aid/CPR C

Before the first day of work a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sectors search needs to be completed. Flexible on the start date!

Preference given to applicants that currently live in Humboldt or the Surrounding area.
