This position will provide leadership to a high performing team of professional and technical staff responsible for shaping and delivering Saskatchewan's Agriculture Water Management Program and related policies. This role works collaboratively across the Water Security Agency, government partners, clients, and stakeholders to
design, enhance, and implement outcome-based regulatory programs that support responsible water management across the province.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will guide the strategic and operational direction of the program, leading policy development, research, stakeholder engagement, communications, implementation planning, and program evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence provincial policy, drive continuous improvement, and make a meaningful impact on Saskatchewan's agricultural and water management future.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic leader who can build trusted relationships, lead through complexity and change, foster a high performing team environment, and model the Water Security Agencys values in their decisions and actions.
The candidate will have a degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management, Regional Planning, Public Administration or related discipline and 10 or more years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.

Compensation Details
$120,048 to $150,048 (MC9)
