Branch Manager - Battery Retail & Wholesale

SaskBattery is part of the largest independent battery company in Western Canada with 13 locations. We are seeking a Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and build lasting customer relationships.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. paid at overtime rates.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and motivate store employees.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Manage employee schedules and performance.

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive retail and wholesale sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Operations & Inventory

• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Coordinate product ordering and receiving.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and recycling of batteries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Financial Management

• Monitor store profitability and sales performance.
• Assist with budgeting and expense control.
• Review sales reports and key performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and administrative procedures.

Compensation

• $75,000.00 per year
