Are you an experienced leader passionate about creating meaningful community-based services, building strong partnerships, and supporting individuals and families through innovative housing and recreational programming? Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a Director of Housing & Sport Venture to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our Housing and Sport Venture portfolios.

As a member of the leadership team, the Director will play a key role in advancing Ranch Ehrlos mission by leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of affordable and supportive housing services, as well as community-based recreation and sport programming that promotes inclusion, independence, and positive outcomes for participants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with advanced experience in supportive housing, community-based services, property management, and recreational programming. The successful candidate will bring strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to develop and maintain meaningful partnerships with government, Indigenous organizations, community agencies, funders, landlords, sport and recreation partners, and other key stakeholders.

The Director will provide leadership to a team of managers and employees, ensuring effective service delivery, strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and alignment with Ranch Ehrlos strategic priorities. This role will also oversee program budgets, resource allocation, operational planning, risk management, and the ongoing development of services that respond to community needs.
