Assistant Hotel Manager

Super 8 Regina is a multi-year Pride of Super 8 Award recipient, consistently ranking among the Top 2% in Overall Satisfaction (OSAT). We are seeking an energetic hospitality professional to help lead our hotel and continue delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is a mandatory requirement. Applications from candidates without hotel experience will not be considered.

Candidates with previous senior front desk or supervisory experience may be considered for positions leading to the AGM position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with overall hotel operations.
• Lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor financial performance, payroll, labour costs, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards and company policies.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Support sales initiatives, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Revenue Management Training: Monthly Revenue Management meeting will be held via franchise HQ revenue management team.

Qualifications

• Hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial and operational awareness.
• Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
