Hotel Supervisor

This position is for experienced Hotel Front Desk Agents and Front Desk Supervisors who are ready to take the next step in their hospitality careers.

The candidate will receive hands-on training across all major hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and revenue management. The objective is to develop well-rounded hotel professional who will assume the hotel management role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations and guest services.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front desk team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Assist with scheduling, training and performance management.
• Maintain Wyndham brand standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor reservations, room inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Support revenue optimization and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset.
• Full-cycle hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
