Description
Reporting to the manager, the Dietitian - Degree provides medical nutrition therapy which includes screening, assessment, developing, and implementing evidence-based care plans, counselling, direction on nutrition supports, and other needed nutrition interventions for patients/residents/clients. The Dietitian - Degree will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team to create a patient/resident/client and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care.
Experience
- Experience in the field of community dietetics is an asset
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
