Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations

We are hiring two Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations positions on 12-month temporary basis.

As a Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations youll:

Maintain accurate terminal inventory records and operational transactions in Kaleris YTM and supporting systems.

Execute, validate, and monitor transactions related to railcar unloading, vessel loading, inventory transfers, adjustments, and other terminal activities.

Perform terminal-level inventory validation and reconciliation activities, including support for month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and audit requirements.

Collect and analyze terminal operational data to support issue resolution, performance visibility and business decision-making.

Investigate terminal inventory variances, transaction discrepancies, and system exceptions, coordinating resolution with terminal operators and internal stakeholders.

Handle issues impacting terminal inventory records, transaction completion, reporting, and data quality.

Coordinate with terminal operators, Rail Operations, Vessel Operations, the S&OP Supply & Inventory team, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to support efficient supply chain execution and aligned reconciliation processes.

Youll bring

Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

Two to five years of related experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, transportation, terminal operations, rail operations, or a related
