Forklift Operator - Day/Evening/Wknd Shifts

Established in 2002, DyMark Industries is a diversified corporation specializing in the design, manufacture, finishing and erection of structural steel, miscellaneous metals and custom fabrication projects.  We proudly serve the mining, construction, agriculture, government and weighing technology sectors.

The Forklift Operator is responsible to organize structural steel and miscellaneous metals as they are delivered and transported from the DyMark Industries compound to optimize physical space and maintain safety. This work will be mainly conducted using DyMarks forklift(s) and also involves moving of materials onto production line rollers to keep saws running consistently.  They also assists other members of the production team to complete work according to project specifications.

The successful candidate will possess previous forklift operator experience, and previous yard foreman experience is considered an asset.

This position requires current forklift operator certification, overhead crane experience and WHMIS certification.  To assist in the fabrication facility, the successful candidate must also have knowledge of welding symbols, blueprints, drawings and specifications, manuals and quality control processes.  The successful candidate must possess skills in metric and imperial measurements to ensure quality standards are maintained, as well as proficiency in the operation of hoisting and lifting equipment. A valid drivers license is also required.
