Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Receive, count, and log incoming raw materials and manufacturing supplies; ensure all items match delivery notes.
Stock Organization: Keep the warehouse space orderly, clean, and safe, organizing finished plastic bottles and containers for quick access and shipping.
Order Preparation: Safely pack, palletize, and label customer orders accurately, preparing them for shipping and transport.
Team Coordination: Work alongside our production floor and office teams to provide real-time updates on available stock levels and shipment readiness.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict facility safety rules and maintain cleanliness appropriate for food-grade packaging storage.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school graduation is required as a minimum.
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and working on the plant floor.
Attention to Detail: Precision in counting stock and reading order lists to ensure customers get exactly what they ordered.
Equipment Experience (Strong Bonus): Previous experience or certification operating a forklift and other warehouse machinery is highly valued and will be heavily considered.
Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable track record.
