Your duties & responsibilities will be to

The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals and individual menu items while following

established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

This individual must ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and that food is prepared and served in a timely

manner.

This position also requires the monitoring of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment, keeping

inventory and records accurate and reporting any shortages or issues as required.

At all times the cook must maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area while following all

food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
