The Opportunity
Knowing a property means understanding its numbers as well as its tenants and building operations. You'll manage industrial, office and retail properties in Saskatoon. Commercial and residential property managers, and candidates with related experience, are welcome.
What You'll Do
Oversee property operations, inspections, maintenance, contractors and emergency responses.
Maintain relationships with owners and tenants, administer leases and help resolve payment concerns.
Prepare operating and capital budgets, review ledgers and invoices, and deliver monthly owner reports.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, tenant improvements and capital projects.
What You'll Bring
Experience in property management, facilities or a related field is an asset.
Bring financial aptitude and Excel skills to interpret budgets, ledgers and expenses.
Demonstrate sound judgment, confident communication, adaptability and follow-through.
Be willing to obtain required licensing and travel between Saskatoon properties.
