Carpenter/Foreman

Rococo Construction Services is looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter / Foreman to lead construction projects, mentor crews, and deliver quality workmanship in a safe and professional manner.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead crews and coordinate daily site activities

Perform and oversee carpentry work including framing, concrete forming, finishing, siding, roofing, and general construction

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Monitor project quality, schedule, and site organization

Mentor apprentices and team members

Qualifications

Journeyman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building practices

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Proven leadership, crew management experience and communication skills

Commitment to workplace safety
