Capital and Maintenance Manager

PBCN Health Services is looking for a motivated Capital and Maintenance Manager. This individual will be responsible for the management of all capital assets, inventory control, procurement of capital items and facility maintenance. They will coordinate and supervise team members including community-based custodial and security staff and drivers. The ideal candidate possesses high level negotiation skills, experience managing major capital projects, critical thinking and strong written and oral communication skills, strong IT skills, knowledge of building codes and  OH&S standards. They also have relevant experience in policy and procedure development as well as preparing high level proposals, budgets and reports. Critically, they must be experienced in vendor management and able to effectively support the repairs and maintenance of buildings, through execution and the training of others. They will  get along with others; have the capacity to work independently, and as part of a team. Management experience and the ability to speak Cree are assets. The position is based in Prince Albert and requires frequent travel to PBCN communities. PBCN Health Services offers a competitive wage, great benefits and extended health care coverage.
