Cabri Farm Centre Manager (FT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cabri Farm Centre Manager will be responsible for the total operation of the Cabri Farm Centre and Abbey, cardlock, carwash, mechanic shop, including staff supervision and scheduling, sales, customer service, inventories, margins and budgets. Must be able to scrutinize operations and initiate remedial action where necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Commodities include crop protection, energy, oil, feed, machinery, carwash, building materials, and hardware.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must have strong supervision, communication, merchandising and marketing skills with previous experience managing a successful Agro/Farm Centre. Must obtain company provided Pesticide Dispenser License as condition of employment. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to pre-employment Alcohol & Substance testing as a condition of employment.
