Building Maintenance Technician / Handyperson

PR Investments is looking for a skilled, dependable maintenance professional to help keep our properties safe, functional, and looking their best.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in a proper repair, and can work through everyday maintenance problems with confidence. Youll work with our operations team to address repairs, prevent recurring issues, and prepare spaces for their next occupants.

What youll do

Complete general repairs, including doors, locks, trim, cabinetry, drywall patching, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.

Help prepare vacant suites for new tenants by identifying issues and completing repairs and finishing work.

Inspect properties and carry out preventative maintenance.

Troubleshoot problems, and recommend practical solutions.

Keep clear records of completed work, materials needed, and outstanding issues.

Maintain tidy, safe work areas and treat tenants, coworkers, and their spaces with respect.

What you bring

Practical experience in property maintenance, renovations, construction, or a similar hands-on role.

Strong repair skills across several areasyou dont need to know everything, but you should know your strengths and when to ask for help.

The ability to assess a problem, organize materials, and follow a job through to completion.

Reliable attendance, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Comfort using common hand and power tools and recording basic work updates.

A professional, approachable manner when working in occupied properties.

A trade certificate is welcome, but demonstrated skill, reliability, and quality workmanship matter.

Pay commesurate with experience. Willing to offer flexible work arrangements for the right candidate.
